I lost my usb cable (I’m still convinced it’s at my friends house, though she says it isn’t), and my computer doesn’t have a space to insert a memory card. My moms usb cable doesn’t work with mine. If I moved my memory card into her cameras, would I be able to upload my pictures to my computer? Or would it ruin any or both of our cameras or computers?

As long as your cameras use the same memory cards it will be fine. If they use different memory cards, you could buy a usb card reader, or a new usb cord for your camera.
You definitely would be able to, memory cards nowadays are meant for exactly that sort of thing, for the most part they’ll all fit in similar devices, and for certain you don’t have to worry about ruining anything, you’d just be moving what memory is where without changing what’s actually on it.
No
you will have problems
Your mom’s camera may not read your card correctly. Instead, buy a card reader to upload your pictures. You put your memory card into the card reader and then plug it into a USB port on your computer. That is the best way to upload them. Card readers can be bought at most places that sell digital cameras. Just be sure to get one that accommodates the type of card that you have.
