Photography Is Almost Like the Art of Collage
Photography is like fishing. You go out in the morning with no idea of what the trip will bring. Sometimes luck is on your side and all your crab pots are full of prime Lobsters. Other times you get nothing. It is an art form which helps in understanding the social life and the culture around. Photography catches the nuances of life and thus also helps in contributing to the aesthetic appeal of it. Earlier photographs would only be held as memories but now they are the speaking images. It is said that the photographer should have the eye to capture all the candid pictures at the nick of the time. Photography can be of many kinds-landscape photography, abstract photography and also the candid shots. In terms of photography, the Australian landscape is just an amazing one with the land being surrounded by water as it is an island. Hence the nature photography with its strong visual quality is a feast for the eyes. There are photography sites where people can post their photos.
Moreover Australian photography has created a niche for itself in the global world as there are many photographers from Australia who are both professional and amateur artists. Hence clicking the natural photographs is great if one loves to travel to places and enjoy the panoramic beauty of the nature. The images capture the beauty and the grandeur of the Australian landscape. Experiencing the majesty of the place makes one much more eager to know more about the place. Moreover in the age of globalization, with the web spreading its tentacles throughout post cards have almost become obsolete or rather to be more clear they have almost become memories. Earlier the photographers used to print their photos on the cards and used to send it to their relatives and friends. In the recent times photographic images are transformed into archival photo prints for all to enjoy. Now a days the postcards have a variety of designs across ten regions of Australia showing the photographers’ distinctive photographic style.
The photographs that are now available have a high image stability and vivid color reproduction. The impressionistic landscape employs photographic techniques that result in images that have vague or elusive qualities. They are less tangible and more unreal while still retaining their values that make them landscape pictures. The viewer is given the impression of a landscape rather than the clear reality of one. Rising out of the clear sky the blue water in the heart of the Australia ‘s Great Barrier reef there is an archipelago of emerald islands and sandy shores. The idyllic landscape with its unique experiences makes the photographer crave for pictures. So photographs are not just only pictures but an image that has its own vocabulary. The onlooker can only understand its sign language. Earlier photos were just for memories but now with the springing up of the amateur photographers, the art has almost turned into a profession in the open market.
